Just the moment for a sundowner or a snack to keep you going till dinnertime… but it’s a long walk back to the hotel, and you don’t want to spoil the moment.
It’s for times like these that we invented Chalk &Stars, a fully equipped mobile beach restaurant and bar to make sure the good things in life are always within arm’s reach at Uga Bay. Fancy a cooling tropical cocktail, a daiquiri or mojito or margarita? Coming up. Some flam- grilled seafood, or some satay with smooth peanut sauce? Just say the word. And don’t forget to try our special ‘popsicles’ –fruity ones for the kids, and special ones with a mild ‘kick’ for the grown-ups.
If you want a sit-down dinner with your feet in the sand and stars above, Chalk & Stars can arrange that too, catering to parties of two to ten diners. You’ll have to make your reservation in advance, but it’s worth it.
Open 10am–10pm, with music all day and an extended happy hour from 5pm–7pm, Chalk & Stars at Uga Bay brings a whole new meaning to the word ‘beachcombing’.
