Our organic farm is where the cooking experience begins. Walk through the vegetable beds with our chef, picking what’s ripe, including sun-warmed tomatoes, curry leaves, and herbs you might not know yet.
Take in the cooking demonstration in a rustic mud hut kitchen. Wood smoke hangs in the air, and the clay walls have soaked up decades of meals. Here, you’ll make five traditional dishes using methods passed down for generations. The chef shows you how to grind spices by hand on a stone mortar, releasing oils and flavours you can’t get any other way.
What sticks with guests isn’t just the food. It’s understanding where it comes from and why certain techniques matter. You leave with recipes, but also with a way to bring this place into your own kitchen and share it with the people you care about.
